Are there really no hidden fees?

Yes — absolutely. The monthly rate is your total charge. No fuel surcharges, no environmental fees, no "regulatory compliance" surcharges, no administrative fees. What we quote is what you pay. We've built our pricing model specifically as an alternative to the opaque pricing of national providers.

What happens if I exceed my container limit?

We'll contact you to discuss upgrading to the next plan tier. We don't add surprise charges to your bill. If you're on the Starter Plan and consistently need 3+ containers, we'll recommend the Professional Plan and transition you at your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Provide 30 days written notice and your service ends at the next billing period. There are no early termination fees, no cancellation penalties, and no complicated exit processes. This is a key difference from national providers.

How does the Stericycle Switch Program work?

Sign up for any SharpSafe plan, provide documentation that you have an active account with a national provider (Stericycle, Daniels, Clean Harbors, etc.), and we'll apply a 25% discount to your first 3 months of service. We'll also provide a template cancellation letter for your existing provider at no charge.

Is annual billing really 15% cheaper?

Yes. If you pay 12 months upfront, we discount your total annual cost by 15%. For the Professional Plan, that means paying $1,825/year instead of $2,148 — saving $323. You can return to monthly billing at any annual renewal date.
